Pastor Kalfayan has been in active ministry for over 32 years.  He has served as an evangelist, youth minister, associate pastor and senior pastor.  He began his ministerial journey in his home state of Michigan and has also served in Delaware, Maryland and Missouri.

Pastor John has been married to Debbie for the past 28 years and they have a daughter, Anna, who is a junior at Lee University, in Cleveland, Tennessee.  Another important family member is Babe, a 9 year old Pekingese mix.

Pastor John and Debbie have a desire to build and strengthen the body of Christ, reach the harvest and make a positive difference in our community and region.  They are excited to be "home" on the Eastern Shore and have a part with the Crossroads family in the work of the Kingdom of God!
