Lead Pastor

 Pastor John Kalfayan

Pastor Kalfayan has been in active ministry for over 32 years.  He has served as an evangelist, youth minister, associate pastor, and senior pastor.  He began his ministerial journey in his home state of Michigan and has also served in Delaware, Maryland, and Missouri.

Pastor John has been married to Debbie for the past 28 years and they have a daughter, Anna, who is a junior at Lee University, in Cleveland, Tennessee.  Another important family member is Babe, a 9 year old Pekingese mix.

Pastor John and Debbie have a desire to build and strengthen the body of Christ, reach the harvest, and make a positive difference in our community and region.  They are excited to be "home" on the Eastern Shore and have a part with the Crossroads family in the work of the Kingdom of God!

Reverend Alton King is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and has served in the ministry since 1980. His pastoral journey has taken him to Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Maine.  Reverend King has earned a Masters Degree in Bible Theology and a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Reverend King has been married to Debbie since 1971.  They have two daughters and four grandchildren.  Pastor King is available for preaching engagements, as well as special singing and pastoral fill in.  The Kings' gifts and experience are a valuable asset to the ministry of Crossroads Church of God.
